Office Info
Fees: Therapy sessions are 60 minutes and cost $140-$175. I accept payment through online person-to-person payment platforms such as Zelle, PoP Money, etc., or you can mail me a check.
Insurance: I am currently accepting clients with the following Washington Insurance Plans: Premera Blue Cross and LifeWise of WA. For other insurance companies, I am happy to provide an invoice for you, showing what you've paid for therapy, if you wish to turn one in to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement. (To find out if your insurance company allows this, please contact them directly.)
Cancellation Policy: My private practice is small and your appointment time is reserved just for you, so I require 24-hours cancellation if you need to cancel. This gives me time to schedule someone else into that time. If you do not give me 24-hours notice for a non-emergency cancellation, you are responsible for the session fee. This policy is waived in the event of an emergency (such as a medical emergency). Please note that insurance companies will not pay for missed sessions so this fee would be out-of-pocket. Thank you for your understanding in this.
I look forward to meeting you!

GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE NOTICE
This notice is in connection to the “No Surprises Act” which began enforcement on January 1, 2022. The Act requires providers to inform their uninsured and private pay patients that they have a right to a “Good Faith Estimate” to help them estimate the expected charges they may be billed
Notice to clients and prospective clients:
Under the law, health care providers need to give clients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service, or at any time during treatment. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, or how to dispute a bill, see your Estimate, or visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
